No. Each voucher has its own expiry date. Please check the validity period on your voucher.

A voucher for a particular service cannot be partially presented on one occasion and completed at a later date. But for a voucher for multiple experiences, such as Buy 3 Get 4 salon treatments, the vendor will record your credits at the time of the first booking. It depends logically on the nature of the booking and the vendor. Buy 3 Get 4 for a brunch for example, will require the 4 diners to attend together in one sitting. Please check your voucher highlights and conditions and if uncertain, feel free to contact our Customer Success team for advance clarification.

This would be a question for the vendor but it is unlikely multiple discount/promotion combinations will be accepted. There will be exceptions, such as a group dining occasion when some guests may have vouchers from other schemes. If in doubt, contact the vendor in advance of attending.

Your Advantage voucher covers all items listed in the offer. Any additional charges must be disclosed to us, and hence shared with you, prior to booking. Please make sure you are familiar with the limits of what is included from the details on the offer page, and on your voucher. It is possible of course to request extra services, food, drink, treatments… once at the venue and if outside the scope of the voucher, the vendor will invoice you for those.

Credit is money already on your account — from a refund you chose to take as credit, or added by our team. At checkout it is applied automatically: if your credit covers the order you pay nothing, and if it covers part of it the remainder goes to your card. You can untick it at checkout if you would rather save it for later. Credit is held in the currency it was issued in, and can only be spent in that currency. Credit from a UAE purchase is in AED and is used on UAE offers; credit from a Saudi purchase is in SAR and is used on Saudi offers. We do not convert between the two, because that would mean applying an exchange rate to money you already hold. Your credit does not expire. Every credit and every deduction is listed under My Credits.
